In an article featured in the Columbus CEO, author Chloe Teasley applauds the recent transformation of Columbus Collaboratory from a fellowship serving seven major corporate investors to a company that can now sell its services to the broader business community.
As the article, titled “Open Smart Sharing Connected,” explains, the shift in Columbus Collaboratory’s operations began about two years ago when we became more focused on acquiring new customers that could benefit from our innovative cybersecurity and AI solutions. These solutions originally sprang from cross-industry collaboration between a group of Columbus, Ohio’s largest corporations to tackle shared technological challenges, such as how to protect themselves from cybercrime. Collaborating with our experts and each other enabled all of them to reduce the costs associated with going it alone, while driving more innovative thinking.
Since then, our collaborative model has led to a wide range of proven cybersecurity and AI solutions, including our most recent Vulnerability Management Solution, a managed service that enables enterprise IT leaders to assess their networks, track vulnerabilities, manage cyber risk priorities, and report actionable results—all from a single easy-to-understand, easy-to-use solution. Like many of our products, VMS saves companies money by eliminating the need for enterprise IT leaders to customize a solution themselves. Instead, they benefit from our expertise and the insights and experience of other companies that have faced the same challenges, so they do not have to reinvent the wheel.
We hope you read the entire article to learn more about how and why we do things the way we do. We’re very proud to be at the forefront of transforming Columbus, Ohio into a tech hub, and even prouder that the Columbus CEO referred to us as a “beacon of the new economy.” We work every day to support companies large and small with proven technologies in cybersecurity and AI, and we will continue to focus on demonstrating to the tech industry at large that collaboration is the key to faster innovation.
